PEI Engineering, formerly Presint Engineering International Srl, was founded in 2005, to combine, the mainly urbanistic skills of Studio Bellini International srl and those principally building by S.T.A Studio Tecnico Associato in a single operating structure. Thus a new Engineering Company was born, with a high level of knowledge and experience and a wide range of professionalism. These are guaranteed by specific competences, matured in the various sectors, with a limited recourse, for specialized experiences, to external consultants strongly qualified, so as to cover the whole range of Architecture, Engineering and Infrastructure services, at any level of complexity. Therefore, PEI Engineering offers its customers a competent and qualified assistance in the implementation of projects, ranging from urban transformation, to the construction of entire building sectors, including the study, design and construction of entire infrastructure systems.


Francesco Bellini PEI EngineeringFrancesco Bellini is the CEO of PEI Engineering. Born in Rome in 1953, he continues a family tradition of architects and engineers that dates back to the late 1800s. For almost 20 years (until 1997 the year of the death of his father Aldo, dean of the Order), he was a partner in Consulting & Planning, a design company set up with his brother Lorenzo, with whom he carried out projects all over the world. The Agfa Gevaert headquarters in Rome, the headquarters of the Banque Camerounaise de Development in Yaounde (1st prize International Competition), the Ramada Hotel and the Beta Hotel in Aruba (WI), the renovation of the Grand Hotel Flora in Rome are just a few of the most significant works created. From 1998 to 2005 he was the owner of Studio Bellini International, with which he created, in collaboration with other professionals, some of the most relevant integrated projects in recent years in the Rome scene, such as: the urban variant of the former Italcable areas of Acilia Madonnetta and Romanina, art. 11 of Valle Aurelia, the Centralità of Massimina.


Fiorenzo Boria PEI EngineeringFiorenzo Boria is the PEI Engineering Technical Director. Born in Rome in 1950, he is the former President of S.T.A Studio Tecnico Associato, a professional association that has operated primarily in the sector of construction projects with a high degree of complexity, focusing on the recovery and restoration of buildings and monumental complexes. He used his specific skills in the field of restoration, in the architectural and plant engineering and structural fields. His most significant works on unconstrained buildings, include: the executive project for the construction of a building complex for offices, training and the Congress Centre of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome, on the “S1” section of TECNO POLO TIBURTINO; the executive project of a complex for the offices of the S.I.P.R.O.; the Project for the construction of the “Multipurpose Hotel of Rocca dei Savelli” within the PRUSST LATIUM VETUS – Municipality of Albano Laziale; the executive project and the construction management of the “E” section of the Tecnopolo Tiburtino, including buildings intended for companies with a high level of integration of logistic and technological components. He worked on important projects on constrained buildings such as the restoration, rehabilitation and functionalization project of the historic building, headquarters of the C.C.I.A.A. of Rome; the iconographic research and conservative restoration project related to the façade overlooking Piazza di Pietra which included incorporating the remains of the colonnade of the Temple of Hadrian in Rome.


Giacomo Bellini Presidente PEI EngineeringGiacomo Bellini is the President of PEI Engineering. Born in Rome in 1987, he continues a family tradition of architects and engineers that dates back to the late 1800s. He is the representative for the institutions of the company and coordinates the management of the operating structures.

The Company PEI Engineering srl is in possession of the Security Authorization pursuant to the art. 17 of the Legislative Decree 163/2006 and it is authorised to assume positions as safety coordinators both in the design phase and in the execution of Legislative Decree No. 81/2008; on top of that, pursuant to the Legislative Decree no. 818/84, it is authorised to issue certifications relating to fire prevention.
